SLG Hospitals celebrates 73rd Indian Republic Day with lots of pride and patriotism. CMD Sri Dandu Siva Rama Raju hoisted the tricolor to mark the celebrations.
Hyderabad: SLG Hospitals, a leading healthcare provider in the city celebrated the 73rd Indian Republic Day with traditional pomp and gaiety. Dandu Siva Rama Raju, Chairman and Managing Director, SLG Hospital hoisted the flag to mark the celebrations. All necessary Covid-19 protocols were followed at the hospital premises, and every participant’s vaccination status was checked before the start of the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Dandu Siva Rama Raju said, “India and the World are passing through some turbulent yet interesting times! Though the Covid-19 pandemic has challenged mankind in an unprecedented way, the zeal and enthusiasm of people are driving the nation forward. India is a young nation with boundless energy and I am very confident our country will be a global leader in all spheres. On this occasion, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the doctors, members of nursing, and support staff, who stood in service of people in the most challenging times.”
More than 200 people including doctors, patients, and invitees took part in the celebrations. SLG Hospitals staff recited National Anthem, and a few enthusiastic participants sang patriotic songs. Also present on the occasion were Mr. D V S Soma Raju, Executive Director, and Dr. Pradeep Panigrahi, Medical Director.
